I saw Sharon Shannon who is playing the accordian, on Saturday night, she played this and it went off. It was then played again on sunday night by a different band and got a similar response. Lots of fun!

We'll learn it so we can sing it with you when you return! Glad you are having a great time. Are you sure you are in Ireland ..25 degrees?? And it's not even summer yet! Wow. Remember slip slop slap. I found the lyrics for Galway Girl so sent to Wilkies, Grumps etc. We will have to learn for Christmas - sorting out a web cam fo my lap top so we can Skype from G-mas - that will really freak her out - but I'm she will really enjoy it at the same time.
The tigers actually won you will be pleased to hear - about time.

Hi there in Galway, Great to see you are getting out about to Irish Singalongs. Video was great listening- Anne-Maree sent us all the lyrics of Galway Girl. Look up U tube, people were Line dancing to the song-strang happening. Mary Ellen come by train for the day - pleasing for Grandma. G'ma is keeping well. Tigers sacked Wallace, his last match as coach tonight against Western Bulldogs-need to win. Looking for new coach-announcement tomorrow.
